What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal or black-tie attire that is dark and appropriate. In an Asian wedding, the guests usually don't wear anything that is revealing to respect the bride and family. Vegan material clothing/shoes/accessories are highly encouraged and welcomed.

How to get to Lalu?

Answer

You can take the high-speed rail to Taichung station and then take a bus. Or, please take the shuttle with us. We will travel together from Taichung station to the hotel. Let me know ASAP if you need a shuttle service.

Cash or credit card?

Answer

In Taiwan, the majority of small businesses only take cash. The local ATM should be sufficient to withdraw money. But please check with your US bank beforehand.

How to get around in Taipei?

Answer

Taipei is very safe and walkable. You can easily go around via Metro, walk or Uber. *Please note eating and drinking are prohibited in any Metro and Metro stations.
