Flying In: The closest airport is Denver International Airport (DIA), about 45 minutes to an hour from Boulder. Getting to Boulder: Rental Car-Easy to pick up at DIA. Great option if you’d like flexibility to explore the mountains and surrounding areas during your stay. RTD Bus (AB1/AB2 SkyRide): A budget-friendly option that runs directly from DIA to downtown Boulder. It takes about an hour and drops you right in the heart of town. $10 one-way. Uber/Lyft: Convenient for door-to-door service, usually $70–100 depending on traffic and time of day. Getting to & from the A-Lodge: Parking at the Adventure Lodge is limited unless you have a room there. You can Uber or Lyft to and from the A-Lodge anytime or you can take the shuttle when we have those in operation (see schedule). While the A-lodge does not have reliable cell service, it does have Wi-Fi for hailing a ride home if you aren't taking the shuttle.

Adventure Lodge: We’re excited to share that we have the entire Adventure Lodge (A-Lodge) booked for Friday 7/31 and Saturday 8/1 of our wedding weekend. The A-Lodge is a cozy, mountain-style lodge nestled in Boulder, offering a range of comfortable rooms and shared spaces that reflect the natural beauty of the area. Staying here puts you in the heart of the weekend’s events and creates more opportunities to spend time together. We have a block of rooms reserved at the Residence Inn by Mariott, with a discounted rate for the weekend. The link works for the specific dates of the wedding weekend. If you would like to book additional nights on either side of the wedding weekend, please follow this process: 1. Book the weekend dates. 2. Send an email to Madalyn at madayln.bisque@Marriott.com, with your 1) confirmation number and 2) preferred additional dates. 3. Ryan will book your extra dates at the discounted wedding rate. Note the booking link does not support using Marriott Bonvoy points. Using points requires booking directly with your Bonvoy account. Shuttle

A Lodge Shuttle Service

August 1, 2026 3:15 pm - 10:30 pm

To make getting to the lodge easy, we’ll be offering a shuttle service for guests. Shuttles will depart from the Boulder County Justice Center and make continuous rounds up to the lodge in Boulder. Look for the Adventure Lodge Bus. First shuttle: 3:15 PM Last shuttle: 4:15 PM Ride time: Approximately 5 minutes (plus a beautiful drive through Boulder Canyon!) After the celebration, shuttles will begin running guests back down to the Boulder County Justice Center starting as needed beginning at 9PM, making continuous trips to ensure everyone gets back safely. We recommend arriving early to allow plenty of time to settle in before the ceremony — and taking advantage of the shuttle so you can relax and enjoy the evening!
