We ask that for the rehearsal dinner, guests dress in business-casual attire. The wedding ceremony and reception events are black tie encouraged - we'd love to see our guests all dressed up!
The health and safety of our guests are of the upmost importance to us and we want everyone to feel safe and comfortable throughout the weekend. As a luxury resort, The Biltmore Hotel follows CDC guidelines and requires all staff to wear masks at the resort, especially when coming in contact with guests. Guests are welcomed to wear masks at each and any event throughout the weekend festivities if it makes them feel more at ease. Please note that overwhelming majority of our invitees have been vaccinated. We will continue updating the COVID protocols of the venue and church as we get closer to the wedding date.
While we adore children, each event will be an adults-only occasion (this is inclusive of the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception).
The wedding ceremony which will take place at Coral Gables Congregational Church has a free parking lot immediately outside the church entrance. The reception will take place right across the street at The Biltmore Hotel which also has a large free visitor parking lot for guests to use.
The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm at Coral Gables Congregational Church. If you are taking our transportation from Brickell then please be ready to board the bus no later than 4:45p. The location of the bus pick up will be from Hotel Indigo in downtown Brickell. If you are taking your own means of transportation, then please do not arrive to the church any later than 5:15pm. We can't wait to see you there!
For guests who are not staying at The Biltmore Hotel, we are providing bus transportation to the wedding ceremony and then after the reception, but only to and from the Brickell area. We will have a bus come to Hotel Indigo (145 SW 11th Street, Brickell, Miami) at 4:45p to take guests to the wedding ceremony. After the reception, the bus will transport guests back to Hotel Indigo in the evening.
