Is it inside or outside?

Answer

We plan to have the ceremony outside on the grass (plan footwear accordingly), and the reception will be in an open air covered pavilion. If the weather looks chilly, feel free to bring a sweater or jacket!

Question

How should I get from the hotel to the venue and back?

Answer

We have arranged for school buses to shuttle guests from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony and at the end of the reception. The shuttle will arrive at the hotel at 4:15 pm and depart promptly at 4:30 pm. If you miss the shuttle, there should be some Uber/Lyft availability in the area. Leaving the venue, shuttles will depart at 10:15 pm and 11:15 pm.
