Beach
If it’s sunny Saturday or Sunday, we highly recommend heading to the beach. Below are our favorite beaches located around the island. Bring water / food with you. There is nothing else down there! Isabella - Our favorite (if there is sand). It’s a bit of a trek down from the parking lot and requires walking over unstable rocks. Chocomount – Beautiful and easier to access from the parking lot Dock - Best for the babies South Beach
Walking Trails
There are some beautiful walking trails around the island to explore. We’ve linked more information here and left printed copies in each house.
Hay Harbor Golf Course
If you want to play golf on Saturday & Sunday morning, head to the Hay Harbor nine-hole golf course. Please check in at the pro shop and sign up under Gwathmey/ Reindollar wedding. Bring your own clubs!
Henry L Ferguson Museum
Open Friday and Saturday 10 AM–2 PM. A wonderful little museum dedicated to the history of the island. A great spot, especially if it turns out to be rainy.
The West End
Open for breakfast and lunch on Saturday & Sunday. This place rocks! It has hot coffee, fresh pastries, sandwiches & salads.
