Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have made the decision to cancel our wedding.

If it wasn't for a thing called Facebook dating, we would have never met. Although we lived within 12 minutes from one another, we never went to the same restaurants, bars, or even work near one another. So what were the odds that we would match on a dating website in February of 2023? We bonded over similar life experiences and hobbies over the phone. And a few weeks later we met up for the first time and the rest is history. Our First Date was at a Bar/Restaurant called Dagwood's. Our first vacation together was in Punta Cana. June 1st we told one another we were in love. And the Proposal was on July 1st, 2024. We were on a summer vacation with some family on a cruise. Our second day, we landed in the Bahamas. Our plan for the day was to go hang out at a beach on the island with the family. We worked our way to the island. Side note we all are big photo people. So the plan was to walk around the island to get some really good photo shoots. There happen to be a really pretty scene with a bridge and the cruise in the background. Juan and the family got me to stop there for some photos and as I turned my back he got down on one knee. When I turned around to my surprise Juan was on his knee and popped the question every girl dreams of. Will You Marry Me? It couldn't have been a better moment. My heart instantly filled with Joy as I got emotional and had to get a hold of myself to tell the man of my dreams YES. And here we are waiting for the Big Day.
