Shuttle Information

Hello! Please note that there will be no shuttles on Friday, July 19th for the welcome party. Please arrange for transportation to and from Henry Hudson Riverfront Park if you plan to attend (the welcome party is within walking distance of The Wick and downtown Hudson). Uber and Lyft should be available but we recommend planning ahead for those if you intend to use them. There should be plenty of parking available at the park and across the street behind Basilica. On Saturday, shuttles to Churchtown Dairy will be leaving from The Wick in Hudson and The Holiday Inn in Coxsackie at the following times: - Pickup at The Wick, Hudson - 2:45pm - Pickup at The Wick, Hudson - 3:30pm *we suggest planning to take the 2:45 shuttle if you are able, to avoid overcrowding the 3:30 shuttle* - Pickup at The Holiday Inn, Coxsackie - 3:00pm Shuttles will run back to both hotels, as well as the after party, after the wedding. The after party is a short walk away from The Wick and downtown Hudson. If you are staying at the Holiday Inn in Coxsackie there will be a shuttle that heads directly there after the wedding, as well as a late night shuttle back to The Holiday Inn at the end of the after party. The shuttles to and from The Wick are open to all wedding guests. Can't wait to see you all!

While we've set up room blocks at two hotels in the area, please feel free to stay elsewhere (ideally on or near Warren Street). There will be shuttle service to and from each of the hotels listed above, which you are welcome to take advantage of even if not staying at one of the hotels.
