Question

What Precautions are in place for COVID-19?

Answer

For the safety of our friends and family, we ask that everyone who will be celebrating with us on our wedding day provide proof of full vaccination or a negative covid test (taken within three days of the event). Our venue will be checking guest’s status when entering the space, a photo on your phone of your vaccine card or test will be sufficient. Staff will not be collecting these cards or tests, just checking to see that you have proof before entry. Same as you would upon entering certain bars or restaurants that also require patrons to be vaccinated. Masking indoors is required by the city of Chicago when not eating or drinking. Please bring a mask with you or one will be provided for you!

Question

Where's the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is going to be at the gorgeous and super fun Bridge 410! It is in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago nestled in the brewery district. For more info check out bridge410.com

Question

What the heck are we eating?

Answer

To start, there will be passed appetizers of yummy bites and then guests can hit up our two food trucks for their main meal. Brick oven pizza or stuffed bao buns? Why not both??? Stuff your face with street food until you're ready to hit the dance floor!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we ask that you keep your devices in your pockets/purses during the ceremony. Don't worry though! We hired an uber talented photographer who will capture all the important moments for us and we will be sure to share them with you! Now, the reception is a different story; take all the pictures, boomerangs, videos, etc. to your hearts desire and be sure to tag us in them on social media!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your kids, but we also want you to take the night off and be completely present. Let us know if we can help arrange a baby sitter for you! We know some great, reliable sitters nearby.

Question

My question isn't on this list! Who should I contact?

Answer

Feel free to contact Gus or Alyssa with any questions leading up to the big day. On the day, please defer your questions to the maid of honor, Leslie! You can reach her on her cell at 817-721-6447 or her email leslie.paetschow@gmail.com
