Is there a dress code?

Casual! We recommend a nice blouse with pants or skirt or a summer dress for the ladies. A buttoned-down shirt, dress pants, and dress shoes are a good start for the guys. Just don't look better than me and my beautiful bride.

Of course! Whoever is listed on your invitation and RSVP page is welcome to attend.

When should I RSVP by?

You should RSVP by June 5, 2026, as stated on your invitation.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have 2 hotel blocks at Candlewood Suites & Home 2 Suites (both in Mishawaka). If booking, you need to reserve your spot by June 2, 2026. There are many more options in the area. You can find more info under the "Hotels" tab at the top of this page.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Transportation will not be provided. Uber is an option. Stay safe.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony is at 3:00 pm. If I were you, I would get there around 2:45 pm. But I'm not you, so just be there before the ceremony to avoid interrupting it.

What will the weather be like?

It's July in the Midwest...God himself doesn't know what the weather will be like. I use the Weather Channel App. Both the ceremony and the reception are in air-conditioned buildings.

Can I take pictures?

Please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. We've spent money on a professional photographer. Their pictures will be posted for you to see once they are available. You are free to snap pics during all other moments in the day.

Yes, the cash bar will be open starting at the cocktail hour.
