Join us in a night of song & dance as we kick off the weekend's festivities! This celebration of the bride and groom involves an earthen pot (Jago) filled with candles as it gets passed around while dancing. Henna artists will be present for guests to enjoy.

Attire: Formal & Modest. No exposed shoulders, stomach, or legs. Head coverings will be provided.
Schedule of Events 9:30AM- Baraat - Groom's procession: The groom travels to the wedding venue on a horse while accompanied by his family and guests. 10:00AM - Milni & Chai: Family members from both the bride & groom side meet and exchange garlands with a break for tea & refreshments afterward. 11:00AM- Anand Karaj (Wedding Ceremony): Anand Karaj means "Happy Union" and represents the spiritual and emotional bond between two souls. 12:00PM- Langar - Lunch to follow ceremony
