We are excited to see you! Come say hello and celebrate with us in a fun and relaxed atmosphere with Mehndi artists, food, and music! **Upon arrival, please use the marked elevator at street level and proceed to level 4** Among the many pre-wedding events that occur prior to a Hindu wedding ceremony, the Sangeet is a form of celebration for the wedding to come. Unlike religious ceremonies such as the Haldi or portions of the wedding ceremony, the Sangeet is solely conducted to relish in the happiness and joy surrounding the couple.

Groom's Wedding Processional - beginning on 5th Ave NE, in front of the Vinoy Marina at the Renaissance Vinoy Hotel
All are welcome to join the dancing, music, and fun on the street as Prateek makes his entrance! The Baraat is a tradition by which the groom arrives at his wedding. Family and friends make their way up the street towards the ceremony, celebrating the forthcoming nuptials.

East meets West! A traditional Hindu Indian ceremony is blended with Christian and American traditions in Straub Park, located directly across the street from the Renaissance Vinoy Hotel.

Mezzanine
Cocktails and Hors D'oeuvres are served following the ceremony. Mezzanine is located one floor above the main lobby of the hotel, featuring an outdoor patio overlooking the city and the Bay. The children's dinner room is also conveniently located on the Mezzanine level.

Vinoy Grand Ballroom
Cocktails, dinner, and celebrations continue in the Vinoy's original ballroom from 1925! Come dance the night away underneath the ballroom's magnificent Chihuly glass chandelier. For our young guests: Due to space restrictions at the reception, we have made alternate dinner arrangements for our guests under the age of 12. The children’s dinner room will provide babysitting services with certified professionals as well as entertainment and a special children’s dinner menu. Following the adult dinner program, children are welcome to re-join us for fun on the dance floor! Please notate on your RSVP if your child will be attending so we can get a proper count for the children's room. Children's dinner room located on the Mezzanine level, directly above the Grand Ballroom.
