WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held on-site at The Armory in Quincy, IL.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE NEAR THE VENUE?

Answer

Parking will be a little tight with the venue being in downtown Quincy. The Armory does have private parking, but we're guessing it will fill up quickly. If you are staying at the Atrium Hotel across the street, we recommend parking in their lots.

IS THE VENUE HANDICAP ACCESIBLE?

Answer

Yes! The Armory is extremely handicap friendly! There are no steps or stairs required to enter or move about the space at all.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

For our special day, we are requesting semi-formal attire. We look forward to seeing our guests look and feel their best!

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Our wedding and reception are both indoors. But since we're having a January wedding, make sure to dress for a chill just incase!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:15pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

Answer

To give all of our guests an opportunity to celebrate the night without little ones, we politely request no children. We hope our special day gives you a great reason to have a night out with your significant other! We appreciate your understanding.

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Answer

We have already planned for gluten-free options, but please let us know in your RSVP if you have any other dietary restrictions, and we will make sure there are options for you!

WHAT TIME WILL THE RECEPTION END? IS THERE AN AFTER PARTY?

Answer

The reception will end at 11 pm. The bridal party will be heading to the downtown Quincy bars afterwords. Anyone who would like to come is more than welcome!

IS THERE A HOTEL ROOM BLOCK RESERVERD?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at the Atrium Hotel across the street from the Armory. Please contact them and mention our event for a discounted rate. Their information is listed in the Accommodations section of this website.
