A shuttle service will be provided to pick up from the following locations to take guests to the venue. The shuttle service will also take guests back to the drop off locations after the event is over. For those who want to drive themselves, there is plenty of free parking at the venue.
Take the night off and leave the little ones at home! We request this be an adults-only event.
We are not allowing additional plus ones to our wedding unless confirmed with bride and groom. The name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
We plan on having a made-to-order taco stand. If you have restrictions or allergies, please let Hannah or Rob know ahead of time. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!
Duh!! Our lovely bartenders will be accepting tips.
Both the Beach BBQ and the entire wedding will be outdoors. The venue does have an indoor barn, but we are planning to have both sides of the barn’s doors slid open for the event. We will have heaters set up outdoors and in the barn for when it cools down at night.
We have a room block at Brewery Gulch Inn under “Gunter & Duncan” until March 15.
