It’s quiet suburban neighborhood street parking. Please don’t block driveways or otherwise be a jerk. We strongly recommend carpooling with your favorite DD or taking Uber/Lyft because there will be a lot of beer and tequila. If you want a map of some parking ideas, let us know or look at the map in "Gallery."
This is the PNW. Crocs practically count as black tie. Casual and comfortable is key! It will be summer in the backyard with messy foods after all. Shoes optional. Sunscreen and bug spray provided.
Lawn ornaments and perennial plants are welcome! And your company, too, we guess.
If you want to stay in or near Tacoma, we put together a short list of ideas here (Downtown Tacoma, Gig Harbor, etc). https://docs.google.com/document/d/12IJfbFuPGKvGz1bok01U2QA0XsmaOtpzuTj3sKD3rOU/edit
No.
UPDATE: RSVP closed on June 1. For our sanity and planning, we aren’t accepting any more RSVPs from here on out. We probably misspelled your name. Whoops! Message us how on earth you spell/pronounce X Æ A-12.
Have a great Fourth of July and we’ll see you some other time!
Depends a bit on what you want to do and where you want to stay. Want to hit up Seattle or Gig Harbor? I’d get a rental car. Just going between a Tacoma hotel/bnb and our place and the airport? Then you’ll probably spend less on Uber/Lyft with how expensive rental cars can be right now.
A short list from us is here: Seattle and Tacoma food! · Heather https://maps.app.goo.gl/tej5DX22UicGfXHT9?g_st=i And eater.com always has great maps of where to eat for major cities.
