Please RSVP by August 1, 2025. To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 1, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as "no." We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you understand!

The ceremony and the reception will take place at the same venue, The Brim! Once the ceremony ends, you will walk over to the reception space.

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM! Please plan to arrive at the venue by 4:30 to allow time for parking and to find a seat.

We have hotel rooms blocked for guests at The Holiday Inn Kansas City Airport, an IHG Hotel. You can find the booking link and more information in the "Travel" section here on our website! Guests will be provided with complimentary Transportation to and from The Brim.

The Holiday Inn Kansas City Airport, an IHG Hotel will be providing a shuttle from the hotel to The Brim and back to the hotel at the end of the night!

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will be included in your invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation attend.

During the reception, we will have a pasta buffet for dinner!

Yes, beer, wine, seltzers, and a signature cocktail will be available during dinner and the reception! We will also have a few nonalcoholic drink options.
