We have a block of 14 hotel rooms (10 Bedrooms at $179/night and 4 Suites at $256/night) reserved from Thursday, July 25, to Saturday, July 27. Our room block is officially over, but we have reserved rooms for the undecided. Madison is well equipped with plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers. We recommend having one of these two apps ready to travel around the city.

Bus from Chicago

If you fly into Chicago and want to take the bus to Madison, you can book it here (just make sure to select the correct date). The bus conveniently departs from Chicago O'Hare airport and arrives right in the middle of the University of Wisconsin Campus. It offers space for luggage and takes about 3 hours. The ride fare is $36.10 per adult.

Parking

All guest who booked a room at the Union South Hotel will have a parking pass for the Union South. From there, it is a 16 minute walk (4 minute drive) to the Memorial Union (Venue). We will have 10 metered parking spots reserved for us in front of and near the Union on Langdon Street from 3PM on Friday. There will be green signs over the meters saying "NO PARKING" and "Jocewicz wedding" that signify spots reserved for guests. These spots are first come, first serve. After 4:30 pm, there is free parking in lot 6 (Helen C. White Garage, 600 North Park Street). Availability can be checked with the live tracker accessible through the link. Apart form the garage, lot 7 (Underneath Grainger Hall, 975 University Avenue) is the next best option that is also free after 4:30 pm.
