Welcome Party Shuttle

Please arrive at address above by 4:15pm to allow for prompt 4:30pm departure. Our Welcome Party will take place in Florence, and round-trip shuttle transportation will be provided. We highly recommend taking the shuttle, as Ubers can be hard to find in the Tuscan countryside. However, if you prefer, you're welcome to drive yourself. Return shuttles will depart Florence at 10:00 PM sharp. The return pick-up location will be the same as the drop-off point.
Welcome Party

Attire: Casual Cocktail Think cocktail attire, but with a more relaxed and Italian festive flair. For women, dresses of any length, jumpsuits, pantsuits. For men, refined yet relaxed pieces like tailored trousers or chinos with a crisp button-down or polo. The event will be both indoors and outdoors, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or layer in case it gets cool. We’ll kick off the wedding weekend with a soft open bar and light hors d'oeuvres to set the tone in style. Since this is not a full dinner, you’ll have the rest of the evening to enjoy Florence — plenty of time to explore the city and grab dinner wherever you like. As noted above, transportation is provided. Return shuttles will leave Florence at 10:00pm sharp, giving you time to enjoy dinner and a taste of Florence’s nightlife, before heading back to Castello di Bibbione (departure location will be the same as drop off).

Attire: Black Tie Optional Garden Party Elevated elegance meets outdoor charm! Tuxedos and formal gowns are welcome, but a dark suit or elegant cocktail dress is perfectly appropriate. Floral accents or bold colors are encouraged to embrace the vibe of Castello di Bibbione, along with festive yet practical footwear for navigating the garden setting.
