What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal! Suits, jackets, and long dresses encouraged. Our colors are fall and earth-toned: think dark greens, browns, reds, yellows, and oranges. Guests are not required to dress in these colors. Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place entirely outdoors, weather permitting, while our reception will be held indoors. The venue is up in the mountains, and our ceremony will take place in a grassy area, so please plan to bring a light layer and choose footwear suitable for some time in an outdoor setting.

Can I spend multiple nights at the Rustler Lodge?

Answer

We have the Rustler booked for one night, Saturday, and as the hotel is otherwise closed for the summer, they are unable to accommodate guests for multiple nights. Check in will be around 1 - 2 PM on Saturday, with checkout by noon on Sunday.

What other events are planned for the weekend?

Answer

Our welcome dinner, open to all, will be held on Friday night at 4 PM at Squatter's in downtown Salt Lake. On Sunday morning, there will be brunch at the Rustler.

Is there parking at the venue? What about transportation?

Answer

There will be parking at the Rustler Lodge. We do not plan to book other transportation, since Saturday night stays are available at the Rustler.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please notify us of any dietary restrictions with your RSVP. When selecting your meal choice, there will be a section below to include any dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
