Not many people can say they're marrying their teenage love but we're lucky enough to say that's us! The good ol' Waldbaums days gave us more than just an old green smock. After running through the aisles Brandon finally offered to help Melissa with a photography project. We went and took pictures of garbage cans, took a walk on the beach and finished off with some carvel. 2 out of 3 of our favorite things we still enjoy doing today (and no taking pictures of garbage cans is not one of them). The rest is history.

Brandon had just gotten off his overnight shift and Melissa had plans to go out on the boat with her dad. Once Melissa came home, Brandon slept for a couple of hours and then instantly bounced out of bed eager to take their pup Ziggy to the beach. Throwing around all the locations they usually go, they finally decided on Gardeners Park. Once they got down there and walked through the mud, Melissa was in the sand taking pictures of Ziggy and once she turned around there was Brandon on one knee choking up. Now Melissa is crying and so is (SURPRISE) Brandon's friend Megan taking pictures in the background! After the big YES they celebrated with some champagne brought by Megan and decided to go back to the local bar to celebrate. Melissa's best friends decorated their dining room and living room! And to keep the surprises coming, Melissa's parents and a few of their closest friends were at the bar to celebrate. Talk about a day full of love and surprises!
