English Frankie and Gülsün met in 2011 at City Year Philly and quickly became besties (well, Frankie declared it while Gülsün believes they were bonded by their shared Pisces spirit). Their friendship has flourished through adventures spanning Boston, NYC, San Francisco, & Laguna Beach—and even internationally—with each journey creating cherished memories. Frankie is not just a best friend; she’s family, a kindred spirit who's been there through every twist, turn, and milestone that life has to offer. Italiano Frankie e Gülsün si sono incontrate nel 2011 durante il loro servizio civile "City Year Philly" e, sin da subito, si é creato un legame di amicizia indissolubile (come a Frankie piace ricordare ogni volta....erano destinate a diventare migliori amiche). La loro amicizia è cresciuta attraverso numerose avventure da Boston, a New York, a San Francisco, fino a Laguna Beach, e perfino oltre oceano in Italia, Turchia, e Grecia, ognuna delle quali ha lasciato ricordi indelebili. Frankie non è soltanto una migliore amica...per Gülsün è una presenza familiare, un'anima affine che ha accompagnato Gülsün in ogni svolta, cambiamento, e traguardo della vita.

English Rodrigo and Salvatore have shared countless adventures together in Philadelphia, from running races, ski trips, to exploring the city's vibrant streets. Over the years, their bond grew stronger, with Rodrigo becoming one of the friends Salvatore relied on most in the US. Even though Rodrigo later decided to move to Texas, their friendship remained as solid as ever. Italiano Rodrigo e Salvatore hanno vissuto insieme molte avventure a Philadelphia, dalle gare podistiche e le avventure sciistiche, fino all’esplorazione delle strade della città parlando di vita vissuta. Con il tempo, il loro legame si è intensificato, e Rodrigo è diventato uno degli amici più fidati di Salvatore negli Stati Uniti. English Zeynep is Gülsün's younger sister and built-in best friend...and the first person Gülsün has ever manifested. Zeynep is wise beyond her years (and stubborn...but like, she's a Taurus--so we love her) and she's also the one who keeps all the Cavusoglu's in check (especially Robin and Hüseyin...Zeynep & Gülsün's parents)! Gülsün is beyond grateful to have her by her side—not just on this day, but always. Italiano Zeynep è la sorella più piccola e la migliore amica di Gülsün... ed è colei che ha reso possibile il sogno di avere una sorella, tanto tanto desiderato da Gülsün. Dotata di una saggezza ben oltre la sua età (con un pizzico di testardaggine), Zeynep è quella che mette in riga tutta la famiglia Cavusoglu (in particolare Robin e Hüseyin, i genitori di entrambe). Gülsün è profondamente riconoscente di poterla avere sempre al suo fianco.

English Harrison and Salvatore’s friendship began through mutual friends, but it quickly grew stronger as Harrison introduced Salvatore to the world of American sports. One of the highlights of their bond was when Harrison got Salvatore into football, sparking his love for this sport. Thanks to Harrison, Salvatore is now a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. Their friendship has been fueled by shared moments of excitement, especially during games and Super Bowls , and Harrison's passion for sports continues to inspire Salvatore. Italiano L’amicizia tra Harrison e Salvatore è nata tramite amici in comune, ma si è rafforzata quando Harrison ha introdotto Salvatore nel mondo degli sport Americani. Uno dei momenti più significativi è stato quando Harrison ha fatto scoprire a Salvatore il football, facendolo appassionare a questo sport. Grazie a lui, Salvatore è diventato un grande tifoso dei Philadelphia Eagles. English Amy and Gülsün met in 2007 at the University of New Hampshire in the international dorm on campus. They quickly evolved from strangers to friends, roommates, and besties, ultimately becoming family. Gülsün jokes that she's Amy and her wife's forever third wheel—she was the one who nudged them together in the first place. Nearly 18 years later, their bond remains a cherished testament to friendship and connection. Italiano Amy e Gülsün si sono conosciute nel 2007 nel dormitorio internazionale dell'Università del New Hampshire. In pochissimo tempo, il loro rapporto si è evoluto da semplice conoscenti e coninquiline, ad amiche e confidenti, fino a diventare come vere sorelle. Gülsün scherza dicendo di essere sempre stata la terza incomodo tra Amy e sua moglie...in fin dei conti, è stata lei a farle incontrare la prima volta si sono conosciute. Quasi 18 anni dopo, il loro legame rimane una testimonianza preziosa della loro amicizia.

English Tery and Salvatore first met in high school. A proud mom to a wonderful little boy, Tery is a skilled architect… and perhaps one day she’ll design Gülsün and Salvatore's home. Along with their close-knit group of friends from Castelvetrano, they’ve shared countless memories, growing together and navigating the journey from adolescence to adulthood. Even though Tery now lives in Portugal and Salvatore is in the USA, their friendship remains as strong as ever. Italiano Tery e Salvatore si sono incontrati durante gli anni del liceo. Mamma di un bambino adorabile, Tery è una talentuosa architetta…e chissà, forse un giorno progetterà la casa di Gülsün e Salvatore. Con il resto del gruppo di amici di Castelvetrano, hanno condiviso tante esperienze, crescendo insieme e affrontando le sfide dell’adolescenza mentre diventavano adulti. English Gülsün met Sean in 2012 after a Halloween party at the University of New Hampshire—he was in a Teddy Bear costume, making quite the impression. Little did she know that this chance encounter would grow into one of her most cherished friendships. In 2015, they became roommates and moved to Brooklyn, NY. Over time, Sean earned the title of an honorary Cavusoglu, joining in on countless family milestones and celebrations. His presence has been a joyful and constant reminder of the unexpected connections that enrich our lives. Italiano Gülsün ha incontrato Sean nel 2012 durante una festa di Halloween all'Università del New Hampshire. Lui era vestito da orso, lasciando davvero il segno. Gülsün non si sarebbe mai immaginata che quell'incontro casuale sarebbe cresciuto fino a diventare una delle amicizie più preziose della sua vita. Nel 2015 sono diventati coinquilini e si sono trasferiti a New York. Col tempo, Sean ha guadagnato il titolo di Cavusoglu "Ad Honorem", partecipando a tutti gli eventi e le celebrazioni di famiglia.

English Jeffrey is another of Salvatore's close friends from Philadelphia. Funnily, they both lived in the same neighborhood and kept crossing paths on their runs long before they ever officially met. Their friendship grew quickly, and they enjoyed many adventures together. Jeff introduced Salvatore to rock climbing, and Salvatore had the privilege of being one of Jeff’s groomsmen on his big day. Italiano Jeffrey è un altro dei grandi amico di Salvatore da Philadelphia. Casualmente, vivevano nello stesso quartiero e prima ancora di conoscersi, si incrociavano spesso durante le loro corse pomeridiane. La loro amicizia è cresciuta velocemente, e hanno vissuto insieme molte esperienze. English Skylar came into Gülsün's life in 2022 during her "figuring out Philly" era the second time she moved back to the city, and was there from the very start of her love story with Salvo. She quickly became one of Gülsün's closest and bestest friends. Skylar is also the best business partner (go B3!) a girl could ask for and, fun fact, her house was the perfect spot for Salvo’s proposal! Italiano Skylar è entrata a far parte della vita di Gülsün nel 2022, mentre lei stava "esplorando" Filadelfia, ed è stata presente sin dall'inizio della sua storia d'amore con Salvo. La Virgine d' Onore per eccellenza, è organizzata, ambiziosa, ed una vera potenza! Skylar è diventata da subito una delle amiche più intime di Gülsün, ed è anche sua partner d'affari (forza B3!). Divertente aneddoto....la sua casa è stata la location perfetta per la proposta di matrimonio di Salvo!

English Veronica and Salvatore met through mutual friends back in high school. She’s got a degree in Spanish and English and now teaches in Rome. Not that we can vouch for her teaching skills, she tried to teach Salvo English once... and, well, let’s just say it didn’t go quite as planned. Of course, she’s still chasing him down for those lesson fees, that Salvo has a remarkable talent for "forgetting" to pay! Classic Salvo! Italiano Veronica e Salvatore si sono conosciuti tramite amici in comune durante gli anni del liceo. Ha una laurea in Spagnolo e Inglese e ora insegna a Roma. Non che possiamo fare affidamento sulle sue doti da insegnante...una volta ha provato a insegnare l’inglese a Salvo...e, beh, diciamo che non è andata esattamente come sperato. Ovviamente, è ancora alle sue calcagna per il pagamento delle lezioni, che Salvo ha una capacità straordinaria di "dimenticare"! Classico Salvo!

English Alessia is one of Salvo’s closest friends. They met in high school and were classmates for five years. Along with Tery, Veronica, and bunch of other friends, they are part of the same tight-knit group of friends. Over the years, Salvatore and Alessia’s bond has grown into more of a sibling-like friendship. Alessia is always there for Salvo, and in turn, Salvatore had the honor of being a "witness" at her wedding as well. Italiano Alessia è una delle amiche più care di Salvo. Si sono incontrati al liceo, dove sono stati compagni di classe per cinque anni. Insieme a Tery, Veronica, ed un sacco di altri amici, fanno parte dello stesso gruppo di amici molto uniti. Nel tempo, il legame tra Salvatore e Alessia è diventato fraterno. Alessia è sempre la prima a supportare Salvo, e a sua volta, Salvatore ha avuto l'onore di fare da testimone anche al suo matrimonio.

English Tommy is Salvo’s eldest nephew and Godson. As the first grandchild on both sides of his family, he holds a special place in everyone’s heart. He's also Giulio’s big brother! Full of energy and a big fan of Legos and cartoons, Tommy’s always on the go. He’ll be serving as the Usher during our ceremony, and we’re thrilled to have him play such an important role in our special day! Italiano Tommy è il primo nipote di Salvo, nonché suo figlioccio. È il primogenito sia da parte di madre che di padre e il fratello maggiore di Giulio. Sempre pieno di energia, ama costruire con i Lego e guardare i cartoni animati. Siamo felici che Tommy ricopra il ruolo di paggetto durante la nostra cerimonia, un compito speciale che lo rende ancora più importante per noi in questo giorno speciale!

English Zio Enzo is Salvatore's beloved uncle and a Catholic priest. He has had the honor of officiating the weddings of his three brothers, including Salvatore's parents, baptizing all his nieces and nephews (and their children), and celebrating their weddings. He is truly the heart and pillar of the Bellante family. Italiano Zio Enzo è lo zio di Salvatore ed è un sacerdote cattolico. Ha avuto il privilegio di celebrare i matrimoni dei suoi tre fratelli, tra cui quello dei genitori di Salvatore, di battezzare tutti i suoi nipoti (e i loro figli), e di officiare anche i loro matrimoni. È il punto di riferimento e il pilastro della famiglia Bellante.
