When and where do I RSVP

Answer

We have a hard deadline of April 23rd to have your RSVP in by. Unfortunately, due to deadlines, if you do not RSVP by this time, we will be unable to accommodate you. You can RSVP through the website or by texting the number listed on the invitations.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! The dress code for the evening is formal attire. Men, think suits and a tie, no tux and women think a long dress (more formal, not a sun dress) or a fancy pantsuit! Ladies, as the ceremony and cocktail hour are outside, we highly suggest opting for a chunky heel or the purchase of "heel savers" off of Amazon. Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors, the reception will be in an indoor space

There is a very limited number of spaces at the venue, with that being said, we ask that you carpool if possible.

What time should I arrive

Answer

Guest arrival may begin arriving around 4 in the afternoon. We ask that you arrive in the location of the ceremony by 4:15 in the afternoon.

Getting to the Venue

Answer

You will come to the address and head up a gravel drive way, you will pass a fork in the driveway. Continue straight and then follow signs back to the parking area.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love all of our friend’s and family’s children, however, due to the nature of a formal event and limited space, children and babies are not invited to be present at the evening's affair. We encourage you to use this evening to experience a fun and formal night out!

Unplugged Ceremony

Answer

In order to ensure we are fully present, we will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones and watches during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request. During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

Photos throughout the night

We will be using the app, PhotoCircle and have a QR code available at the wedding, any pictures that you take we would love to have them uploaded there. We would love to see you having fun and to see our wedding from different perspectives!

What is the bar situation?

Answer

We are happy to be offering a selection of alcohol at the wedding. Please drink responsibly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, if you have a plus one, your address will be listed as “Mr./Miss. XYZ and Guest.” If you still are not sure, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. We hope you understand!

Forgot to RSVP!?

Answer

Due to venue, rental, and catering requirements, If you do not RSVP, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the wedding. At this point we will be sending our vendors the final head counts and will be unable to alter guest counts after the RSVP date.
