FAQs

The Wedding Website of Cristina Guiseppone and William Rezin
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

October 31st

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The Vibe: Fun, energetic, and expressive. The Look: We invite you to embrace the colors of the island! Think bright florals, bold patterns, and statement accessories. Printed button-downs are perfect for the gents, while colorful cocktail dresses or sets work beautifully for the ladies. Matron of Honor & Best Man will be wearing Dusty Blue. Please avoid whites, ivy, or beige.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you are not booking one of the room blocks at the Sonesta, Simpson Bay is also holding rooms until June 16th under the "Guiseppone-Rezin Wedding" Group name. There are several other hotels and AirBNB options on the island as well if you choose to book on your own. Just be mindful of the location of our venue (The Sonesta) which is on the Dutch Side of the island.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our invitations are addressed to the specific guests invited. If your invitation includes 'and Guest,' then you are absolutely welcome to bring a date! If not, we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests at this time.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids! However, due to space limitations, we are only able to invite children who are part of the immediate family to the ceremony and reception. We hope you understand and can still join us for our big day! If you are traveling with your children, please let us know—we’d be happy to help coordinate a local, certified childcare service at the resort so you can enjoy the party worry-free.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please add all dietary restrictions when you RSVP

Question

Do I need my Passport?

Answer

YES!! Make sure your passports are up to date. You will not be able to travel without it

Question

What Type of Currency do I need?

Answer

Sint Maarten is a half Dutch / half French owned island. However, both sides still take USD. You could also use Euro if you have any but it is not necessary to convert your money. Most places take credit cards as well.

Question

When is the Bach / Bachelorette Party?

Answer

We have decided, instead of two major trips, we would rather extend our time with loved ones on the island. If you are able to arrive earlier we would love to dedicate Monday or Tuesday as our "Bach" day to celebrate!
