Hello! The inclusive dates are September 12-14, 2025. We are still arranging final details but we will have the venue available from 3pm on Friday Sept 12 through noon on Sunday Sept 14th. The venue is Torre de Palma in Alentejo, Portugal, which is a 2 hour drive from Lisbon. We are will provide group transport from downtown Lisbon on Friday around 1 pm and to arrive back on Sunday at 2pm, but if your flight times do not align with the group transport, there is parking at the venue for rental cars. Your invitation includes: -group transport to/from downtown Lisbon -breakfast at the hotel Saturday and Sunday -full dinner and open bar on Saturday -Friday night’s dinner -use of outdoor pool, venue provided bikes It does not include: -your flight -hotel stay, which totals to $700 for two nights per room, and includes a winery tour, spa access, pool access, free use of bikes around the grounds to explore, and breakfast at the hotel Saturday and Sunday. Payable on check out at the venue! -plus ones unless explicitly named in your formal invite -food or drinks outside of what is named above -spa services like massage etc Because of the costs of the wedding, we do not expect any gifts.
