The dates reserved under the hotel blocks are 10th-12th. Its your preference. You can change the dates to however long you want to stay 1 or 2 nights! This hotel is 15 minutes from the venue and ceremony. 2 buses will be departing from The Hampton Inn at 2:15pm for 3pm ceremony. After reception first bus will arrive at 9:30pm for 10pm departure back to hotel. Second bus will arrive 10:50pm for 11:15pm departure back to hotel. Please mention arrival date, group name and group code “EGW” in order to receive discounted group rate for the hotel rooms. The last day to book is April 1, 2024.
