When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Formal invitations have been sent out! RSVP by April 23, 2026. If we do not receive your response by that time, we will presume you will not be attending.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Hiland Park Country Club by 3:30 PM for our 4:00 PM ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation to Hiland Park Country Club from The Queensbury Hotel only starting at 3:00pm. We kindly ask that if you are not staying at The Queensbury Hotel that you either drive or utilize rideshare. There will also be transportation from Hiland Park Country Club to The Queensbury Hotel from 8:30-10:30pm. If you are planning on attending the Night Cap you are welcome to use the supplied transportation.

While we love your little ones, we are having a child-free ceremony and reception.

Cocktail or formal attire.

Can I bring a date?

Guests with plus ones will have that included on their invitation when they are sent out.
