This will be an adults-only event with the exception of select children. If your children are not listed on your invitation, please find a sitter, bring your dancing shoes, and enjoy a date night with us!
Due to limited space, we're only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. Any 'plus one' will be listed by name in the RSVP section of the website.
We hope to start the ceremony on time at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive around 4:30 PM to 4:45 PM in order to be seated in time for the ceremony.
Yes! The ceremony and the reception will both be held at Sequioa Mansion.
We want all our guests to feel safe and have fun! Keep an eye on this section as it is subject to change due to close monitoring of CDC guidelines and local COVID numbers. As of right now, please don't attend if you are feeling sick or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID within a week of the wedding. Face masks are completely optional for the event. Any COVID related protocols or changes will be updated here by October 24th.
We would like all of our guests to dress to impress! The dress code is formal. Please do not wear any white or off-white colored clothing and no blue jeans please!
Well... this is Placerville in late Fall, so it may get a little chilly! Please be prepared for cool to cold weather and dress accordingly. Should it rain the day of the event, accomodations have been made to hold all parts of the wedding indoors. Let's cross our fingers and hope for the best!
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that all phones and devices be put away and on silent during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture one of the most important moments of our lives. We would hate to have a well-intentioned person's phone or device blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you like and be sure to use #TrevizoTiesTheKnot! We promise to share the ceremony photos with everyone as soon as they are available.
Yes! The venue has a small parking lot with a limited amount of space; however, there is also free parking on the street. With that being said, we still encourage carpooling or ridesharing in order to limit the number of vehicles and to allow more guests to enjoy the refreshments!
Yes, the venue does have wheelchair access. Any guests requiring wheelchair access will be directed and assisted by venue staff.
If there are any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to reach out to the bride or groom as soon as possible.
Your presense is a present enough! Should you choose to give us something, we will have a card box on the gift table for cards. We will also have a honeymoon/house fund which can be viewed through our wedding registry.
You will be dearly missed! If you are unable to make it, please indicate this on the RSVP as soon as possible. If you find out that you won't be able to make it after October 3, 2022, please email us at guerrero.trevizowedding@gmail.com so that adjustments can be made.
Yes, we will be doing a money dance! As you may know, we are very competetive with each other... whoever collects the most from the money dance will be declared the "Bread Winner"! All guests are welcome to bring cash or utilize the Venmo/Zelle QR code signs if they would like to participate in the dance. Choose your dance partner wisely!
Our wedding website has a schedule tab where you can see a timeline of all wedding related events. Additionally, there will be wedding programs that will be provided to guests the day of the wedding.
