Question

When the ceremony is over, what do I do now?

Answer

You may stay to admire my dress… and take pictures of how sparkly it is. -the bride Ok, the real answer is, you may stay if you choose to congratulate the bride and groom, snap a few pictures and or say an extra prayer in the beautiful church. After that, reception doors will not open until 630pm! No really. You may go and grab a snack, go back to your hotel, grab a pair of comfortable shoes or show everyone how awesome you look at Walmart! Hello!

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Doors will be open for everyone at 6:30pm! The parking lot is quite spacious but for my folks who like to be there extra early to find a good one, I’d say 6:15 is the way to go!

Question

Can I bring in any outside food or beverages?

Answer

Welp… no. We have provided everything you need inside for you! To the hors d’oeuvres, beverages (alcoholic, and non) and the delicious entrée you will be more than satisfied! Did I mention cake!?

Question

Can I bring the Bride and Groom a gift?

Answer

Although your gift to us is simply your presence, we appreciate and love anything that you make or buy. A table will be provided!

Question

Where will I sit at the Henry Ford?

Answer

Answer

ABSOLUTELY YES! If dancing is not your style or your baby needs to get out some energy or the music is too loud for you, Our guests can freely walk around! We have THE ENTIRE museum to ourselves! (Don’t do anything crazy! Always be respectful!)

Question

I need to stay the night, where can I stay?

Answer

Stay with a buddy! Camp outside! Just kidding. I have listed a few hotels that can accommodate you. There are tons of hotels near Detroit area, you don’t have to pick the ones I have available. Good luck! See you soon!
