Join us for beer and wine as we kick off the wedding weekend with a celebratory toast. We’ll be gathering in the outdoor beer garden, so please bring a jacket to stay cozy. We encourage guests to carpool or use a rideshare service. At the end of the evening, buses will be available to transport guests back to the Hyatt and the Incline Lodge.

Ceremony

Attire: Formal
Buses will be available to take guests from The Hyatt and Incline Lodge to the Church and, after the ceremony, on to The Chateau for cocktail hour. Shuttles will pick up guests at 1:30 PM from the Hyatt and the Incline Lodge. If a shuttle reaches capacity, it will return promptly for additional passengers. Pick-up at the Hyatt will be just north of the valet entrance.
Reception
3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

The reception will begin with a cocktail hour on the balcony, followed by dinner and dancing. Buses will be available to shuttle guests back to The Hyatt and The Incline Lodge at the end of the evening.

Not ready to call it a night? Guests who wish to keep the party rolling can head to The Hyatt Casino. Try your luck at the blackjack table with the bride or spin the roulette wheel with the groom! This is not a hosted event, but everyone is welcome to join us. Buses will depart from The Chateau and drop guests off at the Hyatt or Incline Lodge.
