We request that our guests please wear cocktail attire, such as a dress shirt and pants for men and cocktail dresses for women. If you would like to match our theme (although completely optional), our colors are neutrals and black. Please, no jeans. Dress to impress!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will move indoors to the cellar, where you'll find plenty of air conditioning.
August in Cle Elum is typically in the 70s-80s with some humidity during the day. It can get chilly in the evenings, so be sure to check the forecast before packing!
While we love your little ones, to ensure all of our guests enjoy their time without the worry of little ones, we kindly request no children.
Of course! Come thirsty and ready to celebrate. The cocktail hour will feature a selection of liquors, and during the reception, we'll have plenty of beer and wine to keep the good times flowing.
Suncadia offers a complimentary shuttle that runs throughout the resort, including to and from the houses—not just the lodge. Guests staying on property are welcome to use the shuttle to get to Swiftwater Cellars for the wedding. We recommend getting an early start, as the shuttles can get busy and may take some time to arrive during peak hours. The venue is in touch with the shuttle drivers and will make sure at least two are available after the send-off to help everyone return safely to their accommodations. If you'd prefer to drive, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. You're also welcome to leave your car overnight—vehicles won’t be towed. We want everyone to enjoy the evening and get home safely!
