Dance Tutorials

Here are a few video tutorials of line dances that are popular in the Filipino community and places near the venue to explore!

Septiembre

A Filipino take on the song "September" by Earth, Wind, and Fire. (Yes, there is a dance to it!)

Todo Todo

The most intricate line dance that Filipinos dance. Try to learn ahead to catch up!

Dahil Sa'yo

An upbeat Zumba workout turned into a line dance by Inigo Pascual!

Boot Scootin' Boogie

Not a Filipino dance but popular in the community. The tail end is a little tricky to learn on the spot but this is an easy one to master.

Tala (Easy)

Tala by Sarah Geronimo is one of the latest dance crazes from the Philippines. More of a dance challenge than a line dance, it really is quite difficult to master. We have the Zumba workout version which is much easier and the dance tutorial from the choreographer herself. This one is an easier version.

Tala (Original)

The tutorial from the original choreographer! This bit is only danced during the bridge and chorus, so for the rest of the song you're basically doing your own thing. It is highly recommended to watch the original music video to get a better perspective. Look up "Tala" by Sarah Geronimo.
