Do I have to book my room through Nadine?

Answer

Yes, the only way to confirm you will be attending is by booking your room through Nadine. Nadine has been absolutely wonderful and tells us who is coming and the dates you are staying through the minute she finishes your reservations.

Do I have to book my flight through Nadine?

Answer

No. We do encourage it because she is able to get discounted rates for bundling it all together BUT you do not have to.

Why do I have to book through Nadine?

Answer

She is our only way of knowing you are attending. Many issues can occur with RSVPing for destination weddings and then not actually booking a room, or even attending. To alleviate this issue, we know you are definitely attending by booking your stay with her. We have gone through every vacation search engine and promise you she will give you the best price. If you find a better price then what she is offering, and have proof of it, let her know and I am sure she will be able to work something out with you.

I previously booked my flight with Nadine- what happens now?

Answer

If you booked your flight with Nadine the last go around, she has your flight credit. All of the airlines gave her credits for the amount you paid that are good to use towards your new flight. YOUR OLD FLIGHTS ARE NOT YOUR NEW FLIGHTS. New flights must be booked and the credits will go towards the balance of the new flight. Please contact Nadine to review your credit amounts and book your new flight

How long do I have to stay?

Answer

There is no minimum. Whatever you are comfortable with and however long you would like to come for ! Wedding festivities will be Thursday night and Friday night, but do not feel obligated to attend all if three days is not feasible.

How do I know Nadine has the cheapest rooms available?

Answer

Nadine gets the rooms at a group rate, which is discounted more than if you were to book on your own. IF the rates go down for any reason, the resort lets her know and she is able to get the room at the new, lowered rate. If you had already paid in full, you will be issued a refund of the difference for the room.

Do I have to hangout with Mike & Jess the entire time?

Answer

Of course not ! We understand this is most people's vacation for the year and DO NOT expect everyone to hangout with us all week long. Feel free to do whatever you'd like! We would love for everyone to hangout with us all week long, but we do not expect it =)

Do I have to pay all at once?

Answer

No. The sooner you book, the more time you have to make payments. No minimum amount required.

Mike & Jess, I am SOOOO last minute, when is the latest I can book?

Answer

November 26 is when we have to have our final number of guests submitted so YOU MUST have had to at least put down a deposit on a room to confirm you are attending the wedding.

Is transportation included ?

Answer

YES! Transportation to and from the airport is included regardless of if you book your flight through Nadine or not. Just let Nadine know your flight information and she will make sure your transportation is be set up accordingly.

Can I bring my children ?

Answer

While we understand that this is a lot of our guests vacation for the year, we would like to keep all wedding related events to our closest family and friends. Feel free to invite your mom, dad, grandma, sister, neighbor, or uncle twice removed to come hangout with the kiddies while you party with us !

The pandemic is “over” woohoo ! We want to come now but didn’t have a reservation prior. Will we get the same rates as everyone else?

Answer

YES! Dreams Riviera Cancun has been absolutely wonderful to us and has KEPT the group rate that was offered while the pandemic was in full effect. HERE’S THE CATCH: The only way you will benefit and receive the discounted rate is by booking through Nadine Matthews. she has the agreement from the resort with the locked in discounted rates.
