We're Getting Married!

Our relationship began a lot like Darrin and Samantha's did in Bewitched, "She bumped into him and bumped into him. So they decided they'd better sit down and talk this over before they had an accident." We bumped into each other a few times over the years, brought together by mutual friends at parties now and again. It wasn't until we spent more than a moment together at Bonnaroo in 2018 that sparks flew. We laughed and we danced for three days straight and haven't been able stop laughing and dancing together ever since.

Alex proposed the day after Lauren's birthday. He got up early to make coffee and take Gizmo out- a usual routine. Lauren awoke to hot coffee and an excited Gizmo jumping on the bed- two things she treasure's dearly. Gizmo was modeling something new - a white bandana - and something sparkly caught Lauren's eye... It was then that she caught wind to exactly what was happening. Gizmo's bandana read "Will you marry my dad?" with the dream ring tied to it, and Alex proposed <3 We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Wrightsville!
