Are kids welcome?

We kindly ask that you celebrate with us as adults only, with the exception of the bride and groom's nieces and nephews. We appreciate your understanding.

What is the dress code?

We're aiming for a semi-formal atmosphere. We'd love to see cocktail dresses for our female guests and suits for our male guests—ties are entirely optional. Please avoid denim for the occasion.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, we're delighted to offer an open bar with complimentary drinks for all our guests throughout the celebration. Please remember to bring a valid ID.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available at Canal House. Standard parking is located on the left side before the bridge to the property, while handicap-accessible spaces are reserved at the front entrance. Please let our ushers know if you need any assistance locating your spot.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We've hired professional photographers to capture all the special moments, which allows us to be fully present and savor the day with our loved ones.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We appreciate you reaching out about this important concern. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our catering arrangements, we're unable to accommodate individual food allergies or dietary restrictions. We encourage you to speak with a member of our team directly so we can discuss your specific needs and explore what options may be available.

Smoking?

Answer

We do have designated smoking areas available. Cigarette ashtrays are located by the front entrance glass doors. We kindly ask that you dispose of cigarette butts properly in the ashtrays, as we incur a $10 charge per butt. Thank you for your consideration!
