Is there a hotel room block?

Please use the PassKey website to book (instructions below). *Do not book directly on the hotel website or use a third party or you will not receive our room block discount* The Block Pricing is for King Room/Dbl Queen Room: Thursday, April 4- $299/349 Friday, April 5- $399/449 Saturday, April 6- $399/449 Sunday, April 7- $299/349 This does not include Taxes + Resort fees so FYI! (Dbl Queen is Perfect for splitting with a friend or family) All rooms are spacious suite-style rooms. Check website for floor plans. If you plan on arriving or staying beyond those days, please tell Amanda so she can arrange to apply the room block to additional days for you. RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS *(ONLINE)* we recommend booking online and ASAP to ensure availability for your trip. Please go to https://book.passkey.com/go/GrulkeBelliparioWedding to book your reservation online using our contracted wedding block rates. RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS *(BY PHONE)*: 1. Make your booking by calling the reservation hotline at 1-866-770-7555. 2. Provide them with the booking code 6AMA0424 to locate our wedding block or you can try our last names also to locate the Bellipario/Grulke wedding. 3. Pay your deposit. It is required to provide a credit card with the deposit of 1 night stay + taxes and resort fees. The rest will be due at checkout. Booking reservations must be received no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Group’s first arrival date or March 6, 2024. Hotel Info: Encore (at the Wynn) Encore is the name of a 2nd tower built within the Wynn Casino and Resort. The towers are connected indoors and walkable. You are not required to stay with us at the Resort, but it is the only Hotel Block we have.

Are there other Hotel options nearby that are less expensive?
Answer
Yes We recommend staying at Resorts World Las Vegas which is across the street from Encore which is where all of the wedding events will be taking place and rooms average around $225 per night. We also recommend Residence Inn near the Las Vegas Convention center for those looking for an Ultra budget stay coming in around $150 a night. Please see the Travel page for more details on these options.

How will we get to the Church from the Hotel?

There will be a provided shuttle service from the The Encore Hotel to the Church and back.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Please dress Formal but not Black Tie! Suits and dresses :) have fun with it!!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Expect low 80s during the day and into the 60s in the evening

Where will the Ceremony & Reception be?
Answer
The ceremony will be at St. Joseph, Husband of Mary, Catholic Church approximately 15 minutes from the hotel and the cocktail hour and reception will follow back at The Encore Hotel & Casino. A shuttle will be provided to go back and forth.

Does the wedding have a theme or specific colors?

What if I can't make it?
Answer
We understand that a destination wedding is not something everybody can or wants to do. You will be missed just please be sure to RSVP accordingly.

How do we get to the Resort?
Answer
Book your flight from your local airport to Harry Reid International Las Vegas Airport. The airport is 15 minutes from the resort. Cabs from the airport are about $20.
