When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask you RSVP no later than July 1st. If there is a special circumstance that prevents you from RSVPing, please let us know. Unfortunately, if we do not hear from you by July 1st, 2025, we will mark you as a "no". This is to make sure we understand a proper head count and can plan accordingly for the big day! Thank you so much!

Should I check the weather?

Yes!! Rain or shine, the wedding will be outdoors:)

What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-Formal: suits & ties, jumpsuits, or dresses of any length. The bridal party will be wearing summer pastels! :)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless their name was on the invitation, please do not bring anyone else:)

Can I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we would love to have them, we have to limit our guest list to those listed on your invitation. Our venue has a cap of how many people we can invite!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are doing an unplugged ceremony! You are more than welcome to take photos after and at reception, but please keep it in your pocket during the ceremony:)

Can I smoke on the premises?

Answer

Please do not smoke or vape anything on our wedding property. If anyone is caught smoking or vaping, our venue will fine us a large fine. Please refrain from smoking outside, inside, or within your car. All smoking must be off property.

What will we be eating?

Answer

We will have a BBQ meal around 5:45. Cocktail hour will have some refreshments but no appetizers, unfortunately. The dinner will include pulled pork, chicken, cornbread, salad, and Mac n' Cheese. We, unfortunately will not have any special vegan options and suggest planning accordingly. We apologize that this wasn't something we could provide.

Should I bring a waterbottle?

Answer

We think yes! Up to you but its always a great idea! We will have waterbottles, but still will be a hot day and best to prepare! We want to be fully transparent about the heat :)

What does parking look like?

Answer

The venue has a significant parking lot and lawn space they open up if the lot fills! Parking will not be an issue!
