Updated May 15th: First and foremost we want to address Covid-19. We're aware of the recent increase in case counts. Thus we ask if you feel unwell or sick, please choose to stay home. Additionally, if you could please limit contact 5 days leading up to the wedding, take an at home rapid test, or take a PCR test before traveling to the wedding we would greatly appreciate it.

Temperatures are looking like mid-high 70's during the day and mid-high 50's in the evening. It';s looking like it'll be hot enough to use the lake, so bring a bathing suit! Please dress appropriately for the cooler nights and bring a blanket/sleeping bag if you are able to (the camp will provide sheets, but not blankets)! We will have a few extras for those flying in/unable to pack one, but if you are able to bring one with you, that would be great - we don't want anyone getting cold! Also, for those staying on campus, this is a camp and might not have the same amenities as hotels. So make sure you bring shampoo and hair dryers and anything else you might need (like you might want shower shoes if you are in a cabin). We will have some of these items spread around the cabins, but better safe than sorry!
Yes, food costs are built into the stay option that you chose on the camp Tioga Website during the RSVP process. Meals are included for those not sleeping on site. Please check the RSVP instructions.
While we hope to do our ceremony outside among the mountains, the large pavilion will be more than enough to accommodate our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception should there be strong rains.
The yoga pavilion, basketball court, arts and crafts area and reception pavilion are all under covered roofs. We will still be able to have an activity filled weekend if the forecast calls for rain.
Typical cocktail attire with a camp twist. We recommend flats over heals and dresses that do not touch the ground. For shoes, please note that much of the Saturday weekend will be walking on dirt, gravel and grass. The reception is in a large outdoor pavilion with concrete floor.
Each private room has its own bathroom with a shower stall and single toilet. Each bunkhouse has one large "Dorm Style" bathroom. With Dorm Style meaning a single large bathroom with 3 - 5 individual toilet stalls and 3 - 5 individual shower stalls. These will be shared among your bunkmates. Embrace the camp weekend!
We'll be doing a Mini-Moon at Annie's Canada cabin the following week. We plan to do a major 2 week honeymoon in the Fall in Ecuador and the Galapagos.
We have a shuttle limo bus leaving the hotel at 2:30pm and leaving Camp Tioga to return to the hotel after the band stops at 9:30, leaving at 10pm sharp.
There will be a variety of camp activities throughout most of the day on Saturday. You will get a schedule on arrival. For the most part, Friday will be a simple outdoor BBQ from 6 until bedtime. Saturday, everyone will wake up and make their way to breakfast in the large camp cafeteria located at the center of camp. The majority of activities including birding, yoga, crafts (tie die t-shirts), tennis, pickle ball, spike ball, basketball, and swimming will be unscheduled and casual. We plan to have one organized game of kickball around 11:00 AM and one additional organized activity around 1pm. Lunch will also be available around 12-1. Sunday there will be a final group brunch in the camp cafeteria for more casual socializing with friends and family before everyone departs.
