Question

When will invitations be sent and how can I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invitations will be mailed approximately 8 weeks before the wedding. You may RSVP at anytime by clicking on the RSVP tab on this website. RSVP DEADLINE: MAY 5, 2022.

Is the ceremony and reception located in the same place?

Answer

Yes! But in different spaces within the same location. The event will be a mix of indoor and outdoor, mostly outdoors and covered. Please keep that in mind when choosing your outfits!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:00pm in order to be seated and welcomed by the lovely Reverend Ben Hickey and to see the couple shed some tears.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes. Roundtrip shuttle service will be available to our guests who stay at The Logan or Kimpton Hotel Palomar.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes. Although, we *highly* recommend taking an Uber/Lyft to the venue if you chose not use one of our shuttles. Who knows, you may drink a bit more than you anticipated with our open bar that offers 40+ liquor options.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We thought you might like a night off. Adults only please. We hope this notice is enough time for you to make arrangements and celebrate with us.

I have a food allergy and/or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Guests are able to select their entrée from a menu. Special requests will be taken by a server at the time you chose your meal.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Heck yea!!

This one's for the ladies - Do I have to worry about my stilettos sinking into dirt?

Answer

Although the venue is surrounded by grass, at no point will you have to walk in grass.
