As mentioned before, the venue is an outdoor venue. There will be a tent for the reception but weather permitting, sides will be kept up. We will also attempt to keep same households together during seating. Appetizers and drinks will be butlered instead of displayed. Our caterer is following all CDC guidelines in order to provide safe food handling for our guests. Please reach out to the groom or bride privately if you have questions regarding our COVID safety precautions. Masks are not required at any part of the wedding unless you personally prefer to wear one.
Yes, parking is available but a shuttle will also be available for those staying at the hotel. NO CARS ARE PERMITTED TO STAY ON THE PROPERTY OVER NIGHT, therefore if you plan to drink please plan to use the shuttle or a designated driver.
If your invitation mentions “family” this includes the children. If your invitation specifically addresses you and your wife/husband, the children are not invited. Please reach out to the groom or bride with questions.
If your invite addresses your name and guest yes. If your invite is addressed to only you, please contact the Bride or Groom.
The wedding will be semi-formal. Cocktail dresses for women and a suit or dress pants and tie for men. Please keep in mind our venue is outdoors.

The shuttle ride is about 15 minutes to the venue. The first shuttle will depart from the hotel at 2:30 PM and the second shuttle will depart at 3:00 PM.
