Here are a few places as options for travel, unfortunately we are not able to block rooms as we have called multiple hotels that do not have the amount of rooms needed, they are booked up for the weekend, or they are not taking hotel blocks right now. We do apologize for this inconvenience. If anyone has any issues with these places, please reach out to me and i will help as much as i can to find other places to stay. Also, do look into Airbnb and VRBO ! And Smith Mountain Lake i know has cabins for rental.
