One afternoon Kristina was swiping left and right on Hinge when a message came in from Jake, it read “Do you want to rob a bank?” Kristina was puzzled by this question, this was a line she had not yet heard. Nontheless she responded by saying she would drive the get away car. It may come as surprise to some, but the conversation did not go much further... A few weeks later Jake was swiping on another dating app called Bumble when the two matched again. He received a message from Kristina following up on his bank robbery plan. The two got to talking and agreed they should finally meet. They decided to meet at Pub Dog in Federal Hill for pizza and beers instead of participating in criminal activity. Halfway through their date Jake’s then roommate walked into the restaurant and waved to Jake. Jake nervously explained it was his roommate and he had no idea he would be there. Kristina wasn’t so sure it was a conincidence at the time. The two would later laugh about this awkward moment. That evening Jake offered to walk Kristina home, but Kristina nervously declined his offer. The two had an awkward hug at an intersection and parted ways. That evening Jake texted Kristina saying he had a great time and that they should see each other soon. Their next date was at Blue Agave, filled with chips, salsa, margs and more nervous chit-chat. It turns out Jake is a really good listener and remembered Kristina had mentioned she wanted to go to an Orioles game, so for their third date Jake got the two of them tickets to the game. On the walk home Jake asked Kristina if she would like to have a drink on his building's rooftop deck. Kristina agreed and it was there the two had their first kiss. Jake will always remember this because it is related to a sporting event... and the rest is history!
