When should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive around 10:30 AM to allow time to park and find a seat at the ceremony site. The ceremony will start promptly at 11:00 AM.

Where is the ceremony being held?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors, at the gazebo which is located on the lakeside lawn of the Cedar Crest Conference Center. Bench seating is provided around the gazebo. However, note that the benches are on top of grass, not a paved surface. (A sidewalk does lead down to the benches/gazebo).

When/where is the reception?
Answer
The reception will follow the immediately after the ceremony takes place. The reception will be held indoors, in the reception hall of the Cedar Crest Conference Center.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal or "dressy casual." For example, women's attire could be a sun-dress, a maxi-dress, a skirt or trousers with a blouse, worn with footwear such as formal sandals, wedges, or flats. Men's attire would be a dress shirt and slacks, with the option to wear a tie. Guests are not required to wear any specific color. When deciding what to wear, please consider that the ceremony site is located on a grass lawn. Typically Virginia temperature is in the mid-70s during September.
