When should I RSVP by?

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please make a special note of any food allergies in your RSVP and we will do our best to have options available for you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have two hotel blocks available. Information can be found in the "Travel" section of our wedding website. Camping is also available at the South Dakota State Fairgrounds on first come, first serve basis.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is limited next to the Women's building auditorium. We ask that you leave parking for those who will need it. We suggest you park by Nordby exhibit hall and walk to the Women's building. A map can be found on the South Dakota State Fair website or our "Schedule" page.

This will be a large gathering of around 600 guests in close proximity in an indoor space. As we move through the ongoing global pandemic, we ask that you stay up to date on the latest health and safety guidelines to make the best decision for the health and safety of yourselves and your families. We love and respect any precautions our guests make and want to ensure everyone feels welcome and comfortable.
