Flight
Denver International Airport (DIA) is the most accessible airport in the Boulder/Denver metro area. We recommend traveling to DIA then taking an Uber, Lyft, or rental car to your hotel in Boulder 45 minutes from DIA. Rental cars are available through 10 rental companies near the airport. If renting through these companies, be sure to take an airport shuttle to your respective rental company's lot on airport grounds.
Hotel
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder is our preferred hotel recommendation for 7/2/26-7/4/26. We strongly encourage guests to arrive the day before our wedding on 7/2 to adjust to the Colorado altitude as we will be celebrating at 5,500ft elevation. The link provided below includes available rooms at a discounted rate so there is no need to input a discount code. The last day to take advantage of the discounted rate is 5/4/26. Once this date has passed, the rate will not be available online. You may reach out to us to inquire about adding last minute reservations depending on availability. On our wedding day, shuttles will pick up guests at The Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder for transport to The Lyons Farmette wedding venue. Shuttles will then be available for transport from the wedding venue back to The Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder. Shuttle times TBA. NOTE: Rideshare apps and taxis WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE when leaving The Lyons Farmette as Lyons is a small mountain town. We strongly encourage using the shuttles or a personal rental car–emphasis on the shuttles! The highway from Lyons back to Boulder is windy and goes through the mountains, it is also not well lit at night. If you have further questions, please reach out to Sophia or Brendan. Rental Car
Denver International Airport has 10 rental car companies on their property if you choose to rent your own vehicle. Please note that there will be shuttles for guests to travel to and from the Embassy Suites Boulder and the wedding venue, The Lyons Farmette. A rental car is not necessary for wedding transportation. DO NOT UBER/LYFT/TAXI TO THE WEDDING VENUE – there will be NO Ubers/Lyfts/Taxis available from the venue at night as it is a very small town.
