Things To Do

Our wedding venue is less than an hour outside of New York City, where we live and work. It's the city that never sleeps so there's plenty to do to keep you busy throughout the weekend! Below are some of our favorites.

See a Broadway Show

Broadway, New York, NY

It doesn't get more NYC iconic than Broadway. We've linked a discount ticket website. Some of our favorite shows are: Moulin Rouge, Hadestown, and come from Away!

New York City Pizza

260 West 44th Street, New York, NY 10036
, (212) 391-7560

John's Pizza is a fan favorite whenever we have out of towner's visiting for the weekend. It's located in the heart of Time Square in an old Church and the pizza is REALLY good! If you find yourself in another area of the city and looking for a quick slice these are also some of our favorites: Joe's Pizza, Prince Street Pizza, Artichoke Pizza

Dinner with a View

1700 Harbor Boulevard, Weehawken, NJ 07086
, (201) 348-6628

If you're not up for the trek across the river, we're about a 25 min drive from the Jersey City / Weehawken area. You'll get amazing views of the Hudson River and the NYC skyline from here. There's lots of good restaurants in the area but we picked just one to put here.

Comedy Cellar

117 MacDougal Street, New York, NY 10012
, (212) 254-3480

If you're up for a night on the town in the city, the Comedy Cellar is an amazing spot that features up and coming comics as well as frequently hosts celebrity comics who are in town for a show or practicing their next 'bit' - there are a few different show times you can select from. We love going here for a date night and bringing out of towners!

Ophelia Lounge

3 Mitchell Place, New York, NY 10017
, (212) 980-4796

One of our favorite things to do in the city is explore the limitless bars and restaurants. Ophelia is one of our favorite spots located near where we live. It's also extra special because that's where we got engaged! You'll get amazing views of the water, and uptown NYC. Our favorite place to sit is actually at the bar. Their Old Fashions have Brad's seal of approval!

The High Line

500 West 30th Street, New York, NY 10001

The High Line is a 1.45-mile-long (2.33 km) elevated linear park, greenway and rail trail created on a former New York Central Railroad spur on the west side of Manhattan in New York City. You can walk the entire way and end your trip with a slice of pizza at Artichoke!
