Forever Started, Now Let’s Celebrate

As travel enthusiasts, we chose to get married in an intimate ceremony in Costa Rica last November. It was beautiful, intimate, and everything we hoped for. Now we’re excited to celebrate at home with all of you with food, drinks, games, and time together. Thank you for being part of our lives and this celebration.

One day, Brett was minding his business at work when he saw a beautiful woman walk by and said out loud, “Who is that?!” That woman was Megan — and not long after, a coworker (thanks, Kyra!) formally introduced them. As it turned out, Megan and Brett were working at the same company and were both single and ready to mingle… on Hinge. Megan made the first move, and after a little persistence, they went on their first date at a brewery, where they talked for hours. Their second date ended with a kiss after Megan saw how deeply Brett cared about his friends and family — something that meant a lot to her, since strong family values have always been important to her. From the beginning, they bonded over shared values, a love of travel, and a mutual goal of living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Over the next four years, their relationship grew through adventures around the world, everyday moments, and building a life together. In May of 2024, Brett got down on one knee on their back porch and asked Megan to marry him — and of course, she said yes.
