Question

Is there accommodations?

Answer

There is limited accommodation available at our wedding venue so we have contacted those in advance who are able to stay on site. Alternative accommodations can be found under the 'ACCOMMODATIONS' tab.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have blocked rooms at the Drury Inn & Suites Fort Myers Airport FGCU for our guests. Since our date is so close to the holidays hotel rooms may be limited and rates may be increased so we highly encourage you to book early to secure your stay! For more information visit our 'ACCOMMODATIONS' tab.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM. Pleaser arrive no earlier than 3:00PM (as the venue will be getting decorated and we will be getting ready!) and no later than 3:45PM to be seated. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring we have our special moment, uninterrupted.

What should I wear?

Answer

We encourage our guests to dress their best! Although there is no strict dress code, we kindly ask you to refrain from wearing casual clothes such as t-shirts. Semi Formal preferably. Our bridesmaids will be in floor length dresses and our groomsmen will be in suits for reference!

Are children invited?

Answer

Our wedding will be child-free. Enjoy the night off!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will also be listed on your invitation and will appear when you RSVP. Otherwise, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

Is there available parking on-site?

Answer

There is plenty of car parking available at our venue. You are more than welcome to leave you car in the parking lot until 11:00PM.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held on-site at Southern Waters. Everything will be outdoors, so make sure to plan accordingly!

What if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

Please RSVP by 30 September 2025 so we can have an accurate headcount due to space restraints. If you do not RSVP by this date, unfortunately you will not be able to attend.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your love, laughter, and company at our wedding is all we need. However, if you with to help us celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon fund will be warmly received. Access to the fund can be found on the 'REGISTRY' tab or, if you would like, in person will be greatly appreciated as well!

Where should I sit?

Answer

The first row of seats at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. Although, there will be designated seating for the reception and we will have name tags on tables and a seating chart up on the day to direct you to your seat!

Can I bring my own confetti?

Answer

As we can only use natural flower petals and bio degradable confetti we will be providing this to you on the day.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar. Just make sure to bring your ID!

Is it okay to take photo's with phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

In order for our guests to be fully present during our wedding we are having an 'unplugged ceremony' which means no phones or cameras. We have an amazing photographer to capture our amazing moment for us which we will be more than happy to share with you after the day. You are more than welcome to capture pictures after the ceremony!

Can I upload photos to social media?

Answer

We would kindly ask that no pictures of the newly weds are uploaded onto social media before we get a chance to make our first announcement as husband and wife.

What time do celebrations end?

Answer

Although we wish it didn't have to end, our big day will conclude at 11:00PM. All guests who are not staying at the venue will be required to leave.
