House Or Rental

For your stay

Our recommended hotels are within a short driving distance of the venue. If you're staying nearby, please visit the link to find discounted rates at our top hotels. However, please feel free to book an accommodation outside of our list as you see fit. We recommend check-in May 4th and check-out May 8th. No matter where you're staying, we can’t wait to spend the weekend together in beautiful Italy!

Flight

Travel byAir

Our venue, Borgo Bastia Creti, is nestled in the beautiful Umbrian countryside, and there are several airport options depending on where you're traveling from. We recommend booking flights early. Activites are on May 5th, 6th, & 7th. Rome Fiumicino (FCO) – 2.5 hours by car The best option for most international flights from the U.S. with frequent service and rental car availability. Florence (FLR) – 2 hours by car A smaller airport with some European connections. Ideal for those already traveling within Europe. Perugia (PEG) – 45 minutes by car The closest airport to the venue. Limited flights, but a great choice for internal EU travel. Pisa (PSA) – 2.5 hours by car A solid option for travelers using European low-cost airlines.

Travel Note

Travel byCar

We highly recommend renting a car for flexibility during your stay, as Borgo Bastia Creti is in a rural location without direct public transport. The villa accommodates parking for our events. CAR HIRE OPTIONS Major providers like Avis, Hertz, Europcar, and Sixt are available at all airports. Be sure to book an automatic car early, as they’re limited in Italy. TRANSFERS If you'd rather not drive, private transfers or taxis can also be arranged through local services from Perugia or Umbertide.
