Question

When and where should I RSVP?

Answer

You will RSVP using the 'RSVP' tab in the upper right corner. We kindly ask that you let us know if you will be attending by September 6th. If there are any problems, text Alexis or Ryan.

Question

We're traveling from out of town, where should we stay? Is there an airport nearby?

Answer

We've secured a discounted group rate at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Grand Rapids Downtown. We will provide a shuttle to and from the wedding from this hotel as well. We recommend to book a room as soon as possible. See the Travel page for more details. If you run into any problems booking a room, please reach out to Alexis or Ryan. The final day to secure a room at the group rate is September 15, 2026. There are several other hotels and AirBnbs in the greater Grand Rapids area. If you're flying in, we recommend to fly in to the Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is ample parking at Quail Ridge Golf Club near the club house. We are also providing a complimentary shuttle service for those staying at the Embassy Suites.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be at Quail Ridge Golf Club. If you're taking the shuttle, it will drop you off at the ceremony site. If you are driving yourself, the ceremony site is directly to the right of the club house. You will see signs and there will be a golf cart shuttle for anyone with mobility concerns.

Will it be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside on grass and the reception will be enclosed in a permanent tent on stone flooring. Please check the weather beforehand and prioritize your comfort - bring sunglasses/coats/flats as necessary. There will be a few golf carts shuttling those with mobility concerns across the grounds.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - semi-formal, with colors encouraged. Think comfortable dresses, and either a suit or slacks and a tie. We would love our friends and family to get dressed up with us, so no jeans please! Please keep in mind the ceremony will be outside and on grass, so prioritize your comfort and bring sunglasses/coats/flats as necessary.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only affair.

Unless it is specifically stated on your invitation, you do not have a plus-one.

Answer

Yes there will be a full open bar, with liquor, wine, beer and non-alcoholic options!

Yes, please reach out to Alexis or Ryan with any dietary restrictions or concerns and note it on your RSVP.
