What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins at 5:00. So you can settle before the proceedings. The doors will open at 4:00 pm

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Preferably neutral color suits and mid length dresses. Fancier than your Sunday best but not prom. March weather is tricky so a light jacket may be helpful. Feel free to bring a change of shoes for the dance floor. Please make sure you’re comfortable as we hope to dance all night long!

The ceremony and Cocktail hour will take place outside. (weather permitting) The reception will be indoors.

Where is the venue?

11895 Dolly Pond Rd, Birchwood, TN 37308 There will be a gravel lot for parking in front of the venue. There is also a map link on this website under Schedule. The ceremony and reception are in the same building.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We kindly ask that the little ones stay home as this is an adult-only wedding. 16 and over is permitted. (if included in invitation) We understand this can be an inconvenience we just want to ensure the safety of all children as there will be drinking, and our venue is on a bit of a cliff.

Will there be a bar?

There will be a bar providing beer and wine.

what time will the reception end?

Answer

Our venue is relatively close to a residential area therefore, we must be done partying by 11:00

what should i expect after the ceremony?

Answer

We will be taking sunset photos for 30-60 minutes. Drinks will be flowing while you wait for our entrance. We will then have toasts and dances, followed by dinner.

will transportation be provided? is there easy parking?

Answer

There will not be transportation provided for anyone except the wedding party, parents, and handicapped. However, parking is directly in front of the building, so there should be no issues. There will be a sign-out front that has our names to ensure you're parking in the correct area. We do ask that if you plan to drink, you have an assigned designated driver or use a pickup service such as Uber or Lyft.

how do i rsvp? when is the rsvp deadline

Answer

You can RSVP under the RSVP tab on this website. We kindly request the sooner, the better, though the deadline is March 5, 2026. If you have any questions about RSVP, please reach out to the bride or maid of honor. If you need to change your reservation last minute, please reach out to the bride directly.

can i bring my partner?

Answer

We are at capacity for guests and budget, which means we are sadly unable to accommodate any additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out.

is there a hotel block for guests?

Answer

There is not a hotel block for guests however, under the Travel tab on this website, we have provided multiple nearby hotels for your convenience. The venue is about 1.5 hours from Cartersville, Ga, if you wish to travel back home.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are asking for donations to our Honeymoon fund. You can give under the registry tab on this website, or we will have a cash box on our gift tables at the reception.

i have a food allergy, will i be accommodated?

Answer

We have ensured our caterers are aware of shellfish & peanut allergies. If you have any other allergies, please reach out ahead of time.
