When do I need to RSVP by and how?

Answer

RSVPs will be accepted no later than October 31st, 2023. You can RSVP here on our website or reach out to the Bride/Groom directly.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to space and other limitations, we regretfully ask our that guests do not bring a plus one unless indicated on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there a theme?

Answer

As you know, our lovely couple here are both gamers. Thus, we are celebrating just that! All things love and games. The wedding parties will be dressed in greens and blues symbolizing both Xbox and Playstation, each of our couples' favorite consoles.

What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire. Dress your best and come ready to party!

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, and we will be providing an open bar. Please tip your bartender.

What's for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be a taco bar and consist of two different kinds of meats, rice, beans and more. Food will be served buffet-style.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

This event will take place completely indoors. However, it is winter and you may still want to bring a jacket.

Is there smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

No smoking is allowed on the venue property. Smoking is only permitted at least 25 feet from the front or rear entrances of the building and all cigarette butts must go into the cigarette receptacle.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:45pm. Doors will be open at 5:30pm. Ceremony starts at 6:00pm. Drinks and snacks will be readily available.

What will the timeline look like?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 6:00pm. Cocktail hour will follow immediately after the ceremony has ended. Dinner will start around 8:00pm and we will party on until the new year! Our couple will be making their grand exit just after midnight. All other persons must exit the building before 12:30am.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes. When arriving, There is a parking lot dedicated to the venue located behind the building off of South Puget Sound Ave. Parking spaces from the flower pot dividers over to the green building are available for parking. The majority of the spaces are marked as reserved, but they belong to to the venue. There is minimal street parking available along South Tacoma Way at the front of the venue. Please do not drink and drive. Our venue has graciously offered you the option to leave your vehicle parked in the venue lot for the night. We just ask that you please retrieve it at a reasonable time the following morning. otherwise you will be towed. We recommend not leaving any valuables in your vehicle when leaving overnight.

As we look forward to celebrating our wedding with you, we realize we have all the “stuff” we need to start our lives together. Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a card box and gift table for your convenience. What we want most of all is to create memorable experiences on our honeymoon. You can help us by contributing toward our honeymoon trip to California. You can contribute online a few ways including: Venmo (@b-forgy), Cash App ($br4g). Information will also be posted at the event near the Cards and Gifts table.
